I know not everyone agrees with giving clients CD's, however, those who do, what do you you use to present them? Regular jewel case? Something fancier?

Just looking for ideas, 90% of the time clients get a disc and I would like to jazz it up. (I currently use a cardboard mailer, filled with promotion stuff)

Regular jewel case with a Lightscribe disk, of which you can get wedding design templates from www.lightscribe.com (external link), if your dvd writer is a lightscribe one of cause..

How about a small ring binder with proofs and labeled spine?

You can get them custom printed with your business on the front and supply just the inserts for future projects as they have repeat business with you.

I like making photos and sometimes I think I'm getting better... then I realise it doesn't matter. I like making photos!

I put Taiyo Yuden inkjet printable discs through an Artisan 810 using Acoustica Label Maker software to get client-custom labels. I order DVD cases from WHCC with the same image wrapped around the case.

For lower-end work, I print the discs the same way, but use clear plastic DVD covers to reveal the printed disc.

I use a DVD case with a 5x7 print for the cover. Happens to fit perfectly for a standard DVD case.

I investigated that. There a several reasons why I abandoned the idea, but the primary reason is the lack of data security. It would not be long--and nearly inevitable--that the flash drive with my logo on it would become a Typhoid Mary.
