very nice use of off camera lighting! i like #3 a lot. people always complain about cars parked on grass, but i think it can work in certain situations (like your shot).

I like 3 but the car should be pointed into the frame, not out of it.

ah, well if there had been a road I would have put the car on it lol... that photo was actually taken not to far from Blacksburg, in Bedford, VA
