How far past is anyone's guess.

PCB does seem to be a constant source of mirth and amusement except for those who order his products. However their customer service may make up for it to an extent. I'm not aware of others companies who remedy issues with their products. I suppose one will argue that most companies thoroughly test their products so that the consumer does not experience these issues and subsequent product revisions. I didn't see Elinchrom offering upgrades to the D-Lite IT even though it's predecessor was prone to overheating or its flimsy mount breaking.

I laugh at and poke just as much fan at a poor design from Elinchrom as I do from PCB. I've just never seen a company that has such lengthy delays in order fulfillment and so many excuses for parts or components being endlessly delayed. That's just an observation. Robert
