Nice shot!
I would get rid of that red thing in the bottom left and the white thing bottom right.
It would be much better if you didn't crop out a bit of the ear (and left some space above the ear).
Anyway, I do like the focus, composition and framing.

The expression on the cat is great, but the junky background on the right is a big problem.
