Tamron International Warranty

I got a couple of Tamron lenses from B&H a couple of weeks back and need to get them registered for an 'International warranty'

It states "please send your regional warranty card and a receipt of purchase to the Tamron distributor in the country of purchase"

Now this may seem dumb, but I had nothing in either box that is specifically a warranty card. There is a plain slip of white paper with the model and serial number listed - it this the warranty card

Sorry to bump this but it looks like I have an AF issue with my new 70-300 lens and will probably be needing the warranty
