Too bad, the way his head is turned, you can't see the antlers.

Doesn't look like a Coypu to me as I thought they had webbed rear feet, I'm not certain though. To me it looks a bit like an Agouti or something simular.

Yep. Capybara is the first thing that came to my mind, too... It looks smaller than the ones I've seen in the zoo though. I think yakbut's pictures are something else though, but I don't know what...
