I am thinking of developing an app for iPhone/Android.

I have got some ideas, but I would like to hear from you what features/functionality would you like to have in such an app.

So think about what a mobile app could help you with while you are photographing indoors/outdoors, or any other information or feature that may come handy.

Throw in your ideas - I am all ears :)

I would like more control over the camera. There was an app released for iPhone recently that allows you to control shutter speed. I think the app was Magic Shutter.

Would like an app that allows you to stack filters. With Vignette (my current favorite app) you have to apply the filter, save it, import it, apply another filter, save...etc. Long, drawn out and usually keeps me from caring.

I have yet to find a good android app. I would love to find one that controls shutter speed, and also one that in editing would allow me to change color temperature... however, I have only had my android phone for a week, so my search would hardly be called exhaustive lol

Thanks for the ideas.

These are good ideas, however I was thinking more in terms of an app that will help even when not using the camera in the phone, typical example being calculating hyperfocal distance, or showing today's sunrise/sunset time for the current location etc.

Keep'em coming :)

I just wish I could find a good app for browsing my picture share on my network. Basically Fast Stone on my phone.
