Im looking for some CC on this, not really on the photo itself but on the PP.

I like it! I do think you've tried to pull out too much detail.. it's making your background blur look like Photoshop motion-blur instead of actually capturing the movement. Looks like Topaz or some other psuedo-HDR taken just a touch too far.

I can't see the exif, so if it was actually a still car and you created the motion, you did a decent job of it.

Regardless, you did a good job and you can definitely tell you spent some time on it.
