Is the EOS 300D/DS6041 still supported? I have a laptop with windows 7. Can I download my pictures to it? Do I need to update the camera itself ? Any advice would be appreciated.

Any advice would be appreciated. switch the communication to ptp instead of pc connection that should fix it... t1i, 18-55mm IS,Nifty 250, Nifty 50 Home made BDM..

They cost like $5, don't waste the camera's battery, and will make transferring images to the computer MUCH faster. I don't try to intimidate people with my gear.
