EM recently announced new features. Here are some of them:
Until an order has been sent to the lab, you will be able to:
- change the paper type
- change the quantity of a product ordered
- upgrade shipping method
- partially refund an order
- change the product ordered
- The ability to add a product to an order (our favorite!). This great feature can be used as a 'thank you' to your customer, or because your customer simply made a mistake and you want to help fix it.
