My first attempt at masking 2 photos together. What do you think and how can I improve?

It looks really dark to me - no light on her face?

Personally, I think you did well on the masking. The edges could be a tad sharper with a little less feather.

Now about the overall picture, a lot headroom on the crop and studio lighting on the subject doesn't match the natural lighting on the background. Little details like lighting angle's are needed to pull off improvised BG's.

Thanks kraaazymike thats exactly the help I was looking for. I gues I need to pick the background first and match the light after. I made it dark on purpose to match the BG.
