I need a great company or template design that can help with blog designs, collages, and especially albums without the use of Photoshop! (I am also very new to using any software / templates, so, it has to be user friendly!!)

I have heard of wordpress... I will check it out! Is that just for blog... or will that help me with albums as well?? Thank you!
