Brown Falcon in flight

Just some more shots of a Brown Falcon and it's mate in flight, this is the same pair I spotted last time. Might not be anymore shots where I have to climb trees or hills for a bit, fell out and hurt my leg . (nothing serious, just a strained muscle)

Thanks for the comments and kind thoughts also, the camera and I are fine. The camera or I never hit the ground. It was a non-event really lol, it was more comical, I just got my foot caught in the crotch of a tree and then hung by it. Just made me tender and feel a fool lol, it was my pride that got hurt the most.

I caught some long distance, out of focus, too small shots of what I think was a harrier. Looking at these shots makes me realize I need some lessons in shooting raptors.

Thanks again everyone for the wonderful remarks. I'm still yet to get a really good close flight capture of a Brown Falcon. lol, I have a spot on my wall waiting for it already.

Raptors can be difficult to get close shots as they do reach some good hights. It can be quite a challenge, but one I enjoy. I like all birds pretty much but raptors are my fav, it's the one type of bird I look into their eyes and feel I see intelligence and power.

First shot is very cool. It's just too bad the leaves in the top right corner are there, but I'd love to have a shot like this any time...

Nice shots, that first one is amazing. Hope your leg is soon on the mend, so you can resume chimping (climbing trees).
