Brown just dropped off my new-to-me 100mm 2.8 macro lens. I finally have a reason to dust off my Ray Flash! The two make a pretty good combo. This was my first shot with the lens. I can't wait to see what I can do in broad daylight outside.

This image makes me really appreciate the engraver who made this image. It's real intricate!

After selling my macro to go towards a 24-70 I was a bit worried I wouldn't be able to do shots such as that. I realize that the 24-70 is not a true macro lens but most of my close up work doesn't get any closer than the shots you have shown. It should get me by for a while.

I'd like a dedicated macro lens but the 24-70 does me just fine. I'll pop some other examples up soon.

navydoc: Thank you very much :) i have to dissapoint you and say that those are not the uniforms girls wear at school here, i wish they were. However they are popular now when school ends :) which makes them look great on the sensor. Oh the girl on the left has a ..nipslip! :O i haven't noticed that earlier. You sure got a sharp eye.

It was the very first thing I noticed about the photograph!:)

Nothing special, but a couple of the Singapore city skyline. The one of the Marina Bay Sands hotel area was taken from the hotel suite I was staying in. It had awesome views from every window.

Awww come on Magnus... it's ok to say you did. You've made Emma a celebrity, so she won't complain ;) Nice set of pics those.

Boys will be boys for ever... some might say we don't have to keep bringing this one up again and again, but hey, this forum is also about sharing fun, right? So must admit, me too. :p

Very nice sample pictures, the AF and build quality on this camera is very good. The continuous shooting is also very fast...
I have a new 5D on order as well as the 7D.
If you have a choice for a new 7D body for $1300 or a new 5DII body for $2000, which would you go far?

There's no way to answer that question properly as they're two completely separate cameras with very different audiences.

At those prices for brand new cameras, I'd buy both. You can sell them (or whichever one you don't like) at same prices after you use them quite extensively.

TWOLITREmedia: Hehe, noo that's not what makes one a pervert. That makes you perfectly normal :D you know i had to zoom in close at 100% and i saw 'The Nipple' there at it's full glory. :)

Keith: Haha, that looks like something for Top Gear and The Stig to testdrive :D

Roy: You too got an excellent eye for nipshots.

nikmar: Heh, ok i admit it. :) i tried to sneak it in here unnoticed but nothing slips by you guys. Although Emma got her 15 minutes of fame so she should thank me for it. I like it that everyone spotted it directly.

Let's have some more pics of students..
