Mine came with the 7D strap but I left it in the box. I put my Smugmug Pro strap on instead, as it is much more comfortable to have around my neck for long periods of time.

Advertising the model of camera is insignificant to comfort on a long journey! Be happy!

Very comfortable, even when you have a sunburnt neck......hehe. Geoff | SmugMug

Mine (also CLP) came with a 7D strap and I would MUCH rather have had a generic "digital" strap. 5D & 7D (both gripped), 24-105L, 100-400L, 15-85, 50 f1.8, Tamron 28-75, Sigma 12-24, G10, EX-Z55 & U/W housing, A1+10 lenses, tripods, lighting gear, etc. etc.

Oh no, wait, no debris. Backed into the wall, then rammed the pillar? That's strange—one would have at least stopped after bumping into the wall like that. Probably freaked after hitting the wall, tried to scramble out of there and ended up hitting the pillar, too. LOL>
