I think it's PSP doing something screwy with the info when saving.

I have to agree.

It was f/6.3

I was using a new 70-300L which was set around 214mm (35mm equivalent 335mm)

Nice lines here. Did you use the auto lens correction filter for that lens or did you manually tweak it to get the lines all straight?
