I compose my real estate shots very carefully, standing on one knee (best for verticals), and I always have my grid on the viewfinder and watch the verticals. I take most pics at 11-12mm with my Sigma 10-20, where the distortion is the least amount.

So I rarely have to correct distortion in post, but occasionally I use ACR's lens correction profiles (and tweak them if they need to be).

If the camera was level - it should come like that SOOC - at least the verticals. It appears the tripod was pretty high on that shot.

I took that (like all of my real estate shots) standing on my knees (sort of proposing to the photo gods for a nice picture )
