Windows/Mac

Not even close.. More like Linux vs Windows.. Mac OS is the minority..I love iPhone,iPad but MacOSes are way too overpriced and "limited" when it comes to your standard home based OS..

Xbox/Playstation

Meh easy choise.. Nintendo! ;)

They all do the same thing as their counterparts and they both do it well. Biggest difference between them is who is using it.

No they don't do everything (Windows do though) and sometimes you have to wait for a significant amount of time for a windows based application to be ported in Mac OS..

I use my Windows computer for software that I can't run on my Mac. Period. I use both for several hours every day. I reboot my Windows computer several times a day. I believe I rebooted my Macbook Pro last week, or maybe it was the week before..? I do however find some of the Mac keyboard commands non-intuitive and clumsy. Both computers are the very latest models, and the Windows machine is quite high-end - though it falls over at least as often as the four years' old one I'm replacing.

BIG conversation.. And quite frankly not the place to do it..
If someone finds it more appropriate to throw $$$ on a Mac rather than build a monster pc as he wants it himself that will be 2 times better in hardware or he wants an easier to use OS w/o too much software tweaking then.. Get a Mac (install Bootcamp :p) and you're set :D

There comes our weather! Nice shot. Who cares about sensor noise when you have that much snow flying? Not that I see any noise, other than the snow.
