Here are a couple from a trip to Maine last week. About the same spot with vastly different light.

Maine is a State located in the "New England" North Eastern region of The United States of America. It is bordered on the East & South by the Atlantic Ocean, The North by Canada, the West I believe by New Hampshire. It is the most Northeastern State in the Country. Thanks for the info.

Last time I was in SF and ordered some lobster. The waiter brought few out to show us: we were little bit shock as the lobsters were slightly bigger than the king prawn! So, no lobster in SF after all ;)

Great, nice view and nice food, what else...

Beautiful...

I love San Francisco. I left my heart there once. (actually I might have left my heart in Brooklyn, USA) They are known in Frisco for their Dungeness Crabs, they kind of look like a crab ... On metabolic steroids. They measure at approx 8-10" (22-28 cm? I'm a bit rusty with the metric system)

Indeed, best Yosemite pics I've seen in ages :D

Are the trees (or some of em) in the first pic Sequoia's? :)

Great shot Risfall! I like the optical illusion of the palm tree looking gigantic compared to the person.

Oh, and welcome to POTN!
