On my drive this afternoon I saw this Coyote feeding on a deer about 100 yards off the road. I shot the first picture from inside the truck. When I got out it spooked and I got the next shot as it was looking back as it walked away. I thought all the birds scavenging was intersting as well.

I hate magpies!
Nice shot. I know how hard these things are, too bad he spooked, would have been nice to get a closer shot.

I love the second one. "I see you."

Nice captures. They are not usually bothered too much by a car, but once you get out they are threatened.

Aw, Kenny, magpies are pretty and very intelligent.

There was also some type of eagle but the magpies ganged up on it and chased it away before I could get a better shot. I wish I could have got closer as well but I guess there is always next time.

Wow, you don't get to capture a scene like that too often ... nice job, 900spg.
