So, I got a T1i for christmas.....AWESOME!...........but now onto the problem...the day after Christmas my computer developed a S.M.A.R.T. drive problem, so it is out getting fixed, so in the mean time, I am using my outdated Compaq Evo N610c laptop, (which I usually use for photo storage and editing when on the road), that has Photoshop CS3 installed. The main problem is that my ACR files from the T1i are incompatible with the current version of ACR that Photoshop carries...but Adobe Updater is telling me that there are no available updates, and when going to Adobe website, I dont know how to get the update to actually upate the ACR....

Any tips?

Justin

CS4 or CS5 I think is required, or use your DPP software and convert Raw to tiff's then CS3 will work..

Or get Adobe's free DNG converter and turn your CR2s into DNGs. PSCS3's ACR 4.x will accept all DNGs.
