Ok...I'm toying around with the latest version of CS5 that I installed on my computer. Little bit of getting used to.

I opened up an image to tweek some, and then opened up a second image that I plan to blend together with the first one to make a card. But when I open the second image, I can't seem to find the first one that I left open. Where do they 'hide' at?

hmm...ok...now I found them. They are 'tabbed'. But there has to be a way where I can view multiple images at one time, yes?

Look in the menu bar...to the right of the Zoom Level box that says 100% is the Arrange Documents selector. If you click the drop-down arrow you'll see multiple options for arranging your images on screen. If you want to permanently change how files open in Tabs, you can do so in the Preferences section.

ok...I think I just found that. Thanks.

One more question since you seem to be familiar with this and today is my first day to really dive in here to process a batch of wedding photos.

When I apply an action to an image, when using CS2, I would go to save the image, and in that dialogue box, I have the image# in the first line and then the 'format' option in the line below it. Because I applied an action, it shows to be a 'photoshop' (PSD) file. In times past, I would change that back to a jpeg format and then click on the option below that says 'save as copy'. But for some reason, I am unable to do that. Right now, I have to go flatten the image, then go through that step. What am I missing on this issue?
Thanks

I don't see why you'd have to manually flatten the image; I don't recall any difference in the File Save behavior between versions.

But you can always record a Flatten step to your existing action.

Preferences-Interface, uncheck Open Documents as Tabs.

I'll be 51 in three weeks and this having to learn new stuff to keep up with technology is whipping my butt.

Ok...I just watched a youtube tutorial on creating a photo web gallery in CS5. I saw where at the top of the menu bar, there was an 'output' tab/option on this tutorial. But I don't see that on my version of CS5. Is that hidden or something I need to find somewhere?

Photo Web Galleries are now in Adobe Bridge...and quite simpler to use.

Thanks again
