Not sure.
New things probably Eneloop accus.
Used: I think the best was a Monostat monopod for ~ 13 Euros

I'm loving my Lowepro Prorunner 450 aw. It's really comfortable when fully loaded and it can take a lot of kit. My older Lowepro 200 AW is smaller and lighter, but it's not as comfy or stable to wear.
