I'm looking for a good program (Preferably Freeware) that will convert my video files to Quicktime format so I can get them on my Ipod, any suggestions are appreciated.

Super by eRightSoft.

the site layout is pretty lame, right down the bottom of that page there is a link "Start Downloading SUPER ©" which takes you to another page with "download and use" link, then at the bottom of the third page you will finally find the "Download SUPER © setup file" lol

It is a really good (free) conversion program though, I have been using it for years now.

I've been using MPEG Streamclip very regularly for converting across multiple formats. It's much better than I anticipated. Highly recommended.
