I got my first Macro lens a few days after Christmas. It's a Tamron 60mm. Thanks for looking comments are always welcome and so is criticism. I sat the ring ontop of the laptop and I now realize that I cutoff the reflection. I used roomlighting and shot this at f 2.0

G'day, Welcome to Macro land. I think this is a third degree Masonic ring, but I could be wrong about the third degree.

Regards, Dutch

It's my ring and mangrovedutch is right about it being a 3rd degree Master Masons ring. On one side there is a plumb and the other side is a trowel.

Thanks LordV I was looking for something to shoot and with it being winter here it wasn't easy and I just happened to think about my ring. I know it's not real original but hey it worked.

Yes, I'd say it worked quite well, too.
