This lens was recommended to me be a photographer in Maryland I just met..... she has great success with it, however, I haven't seen any work produced with this lens as yet (she is visiting up in NJ right now where I am). I am curious if anyone has had experience with this Tamron, or any other Tamron Di series lens? Good or bad. I purchased a Tamron (or Tamron equivalent under a different brand name) 75-300 and it was horrible. Went right back to the store and traded for a 70-200f/4L Canon.
That lens was not a Di and from what I understand, these lenses are a little better than the consumer lens I purchased.
Any comments are appreciated.
