I havent posted much or been around much working too much.. but tonight i decided to get gear out and do a water drop shot. wishing i had a macro lens but i made due with my nifty fifty heres my favorite C&C welcomed/wanted!!!

Setup was a disposable buffet pan (aluminum) with food coloring (blue in pan) red food coloring in a ziplock bag with pinhole about 2 ft above pan. Used on camera flash to trigger flashpoint II 320m (couldnt use wireless trigger battery was dead)

Im going to try and recreate this photo this time making sure that the imprint from the bottom of the pan isnt in the shot.

HTTP response: 400 | MIME changed to 'text/html'

my 1st attempt

have been wanting to tackle this, so figured I'd give it a shot for my 365 pic of the day. the focus is a little off at the base, but I don't think it's too bad for my 1st attempt
