Had some nice sky I see. We should go out and shoot some time. It's fun to socialize, tour around, shoot.

Clean and soft (rather than the edge of a razor) in Allen's case. Kristy I like your mug and Harm it looks like your son has come a LONG way since birth. Hope mum is well and dad gets his butt back out shooting some time soon ![]() Thanks Joe.

Dec 11, 2011 21:34 | #4675 okay creative people, i need some help/advice. I know absolutely nothing when it comes to off camera flashes etc. I do have the 580EXII, and would like to put it on a bracket + umbrella/softbox combination.

I know absolutely nothing when it comes to off camera flashes etc. I do have the 580EXII, and would like to put it on a bracket + umbrella/softbox combination. So someone mentioned that I should get a pocketwizard II...Is that the right item to get? also, would I need something on the flash for it to work remotely too? Anything else I should get too? Any help would be great! Harm I use pocket wizards with my W/L 1200s and my travelite 750s and I really like using them with those strobes. No cords is a great way to go but never with my 580 or my metz 58. Sorry, I can't help.
