Sleepy Monkey

I was hanging out with this little guy and managed to get a few quick shots awhile back. Now I wish I had practiced more on him, since my interest in photographing children has multiplied greatly (I used to focus more on landscape/nature, not people) and I have more gear! Oh well, there are things I'd change now, but thought I'd share them because he was a cutie! They aren't as good as most on here, but I'll get more baby practice this year, since a friend is due in early April! Comments definitely welcome.

Well, do you like the color version better? That was my first attempt at black and white ever.

My preferences are for color on the right and bw on the left.

All are nice shots.

Thank you AZGeorge for your comment and opinion. I think I'd tend to agree w/ your choices. I'm not usually a B/W fan, but I'm trying to branch out, and I do like the first one!
