First Post.

I suppose i'll use this as a kind of introduction to the forums while im at it .

This forum was suggested to me by a user of the forums, i have been looking for a busy photography forum for a while. I am actually a Nikon user, i was told this wouldn't be a problem as there are some user who are posting more Nikon stuff, I'm sure we can learn to live in harmony . I study photography at college. I don't feel any of my pictures are anything special but i am learning .

I love experimenting with film so there will be some film images on this

Could you crop the first image a bit tighter? There is too much black areas in the background that do not add or enhance the main subject.

That's film, i tend not to crop anything i shoot on film.

I really like #3, blown out sky or no. There's a pleasant mixture of midtones and everything pulls my eyes to the middle of the frame. I also like the look of the last one; only think that it could use more DoF.
