Colour problem when projecting

I have the X-rite i1XTreme which I am using for profiling a laptop and projector which is a Canon SX80
When projecting I switch to the projector profile and when viewing images with the Windows picture viewer the images look OK. BUT when viewing the images in Photoshop or Lightroom the images have a strong green cast.
Does anyone know why this is happening and what I can do about it please?:confused:

Try switching back to the canned projector profile and check the color in the color managed apps. If they look good meaning there is no longer the green cast then I'd have to say you missed on the measurements while building the profile. It's not easy to set the puck to measure a projector.
