Hi Guy,

I ready to go right now but still ponder whether shall i get a Tamron SP AF 17-50mm F2.8 XR Di II VC or w/o VC ?

mostly portrait (family,landmark)

Fifth& nifty also part of my shopping item too:)

What lenses do you now own? Sig is a little confusing. We do not know under what conditions you shoot. What are some of your typical shutter speeds? Given some skill holding the camera still and enough light you may not need VC.

I currently own a 50mm F1.8 , 15-55mm F3.5/5.6 kits.
