I'd probably be tempted to crop some of the perch away from the bottom (about 1/2) as it is a bit dominant in the photo. Sweet pose on the bird and perfectly exposed with great details! Yes, I think you might be right--I tried quite a few different approaches on the crop--and ended up with this one. But--I really favored the ones where there actually was a little more open space above the bird--and a little less post. Bonnie
