Any reason why a brand new 7D from Amazon is $100 less than a new 7D from BH Photo?

Retailers are under obligation (from Canon USA) to keep their prices above minimum price levels for the duration of the rebate, or they don't receive the refund for the rebate from Canon. Recall prices went UP from $1499 to $1599 when the rebate came out.

If the seller I'm buying the used 7D from says that everything is there that came with the camera initially, including the warrantee card, would it be better to buy the lightly used camera versus the 90 day warrantee refurb through the loyalty program?
