I'd have to say it does look a tad underexposed for me as well. But otherwise a great shot.

Great image but with predatory creatures like these we tend to look at the eyes, a selective sharpening on these will make him appear more menacing and a slight levels adjustment will lighten him.

Great capture. Eyes and face are tack sharp. My only nit might be a bit more DoF to get the rest of the body in focus.

Great capture! He's sure got the calibrated eyeball on you! :cool:

Someone mentioned selective sharpening of the eyes. I think that's a good idea. If you do a little masking and a little cloning, you can pop the subject out to better advantage.
