The sky was looking particularly beautiful today, so I went out by the rail tracks to take some shots where I was accosted by some kids who wanted to have their photos taken.

The cranes were a bonus :)

Nobody's said anything so here are my brief thoughts:

1) The colours are very nice, and there's a sharp delineation for most of the person on the left. Sihouettes are about shapes, and unfortunately the shapes on the right are muddled. If one could distinguish between the mother, father and baby more clearly you might have something interesting. The child on the left is sprouting a second head. Also, these are clearly the backs of heads... so they must be looking at something interesting. Is there any way that could be incorporated in the frame?

2. I really love the colors here. However, a low shutter speed has created motion blur. Also, getting birds in flight with a recognizably birdlike shape is a bit of a matter of luck, or using bursts on the shutter. In this case, the bird on the bottom is, to me, more birdlike than the upper one.

Now that you mention it, it does appear that the people in the silhouette are looking away, in fact, they were looking at me.
