Out of the 2 I do like #2 the white balance is better. The flash to the top right is to much its causing a lens flare. Post if you do decide to do something else though. Run it's the big bad amateur

Jan 06, 2011 20:14 | #4 No flash. It was a lamp. It was actually a lot worse, and I fixed it a bit but then decided it wasn't a big deal. I thought about cropping it more, but I didn't want to lose the arm. It's supposed to look like I don't know someone is taking a picture of me. A voyeur wouldn't be overly concerned about lens flare, I imagine, so I left it.

The pic is a little invasive to be from a Voyeur perspective, the camera looks like it is in front of you. I guess it could be a telephoto lens, maybe through an outside window into a mirror would be cool. Run it's the big bad amateur

Don't misunderstand, your hair is beautiful. However, when I viewed the picture, the very first instantaneous impression I got was that the hair was a wig. don't know why. Perhaps a little too much forehead combined with the dark hair / shadow at the front roots. Perhaps the height of the plum on your right side. Don't know. Not meant to be offensive. Just my honest first impression. Website

In forums sometimes you never know how people will react no matter how you try to temper things. Sounds like you're pretty level-headed. That being said (your vision), I will agree that the image looks very claustrophobic. Technically I like the WB in the second. Also, the brass plate/dish is a little distracting, even tho it is blurred back. Good luck. Website

Jan 06, 2011 22:12 | #13 Yeah, I went back and forth with how I should stage the dresser top. I do regret the little scarf box I set out to the left of the photo.

It was really blown out so some parts are still overexposed.
