I resisted the temptation to upgrade to the S95 and G12 a few times, which is unusual for me. Last night I was surfing on my iPad and read David Pogue's love letter to the S95. I checked out the price on Amazon, which has obviously come down a bit since launch, and still managed to resist the temptation to buy the S95. Half an hour later as my vegetarian wife was cooking me a huge T Bone steak an email came from Amazon confirming the order for a S95. She's seen me looking it again and decided to buy it for me! That was a sweet gesture Rebel XS Gripped, EF-S 18-55, EF 50 f/1.8, Tamron SP 70-300, 430 EX II, Sigma DG OS 150-500.

Maybe it's the UK Olympus franchise but I will never, ever touch Olympus with a barge pole - whatever cameras they produce. @Simon_Gardner | Since 27 Nov 1987 | Tripod fetishist - moi?
