New member here and my very first post
I always want to capture the eyes and catchlight more than anything else, however it is in low light and the color of her hair causes too much distraction, so I tweaked in Adobe Lightroom based on the Aged Photo preset and it looks like duotone effect (not sure if it is technically called duotone), and I guess the light condition is just too harsh for my 1.4 to produce a sharp image, and the autofocus hits and misses
all Canon XSi with 50/1.4 USM, in Lightroom reduced noise with little sharpening (the sharpening tool in Lightroom is miles away from its noise reduction tool)
Actually I'm not sure the photo is out of focus or just not sharp, or both, any input?
This one is severely underexposed, so it's little bit hard to recover F/2.8
