Skyway Bridge St. Petersburg, FL (external link) by nickspictures.com (new blog: nicktoday.com) (external link), on Flickr

I have shot this bridge so many ways and times that I am trying new angles. I went with some serious post to get a painting effect and was wondering what peoples thoughts were on the composition as well as the effect.

Looked at the larger version on Flickr ... I would say you have gotten the desired effect, almost looks impressionist. I do think the vignette is a bit too strong for my taste.

Thanks, I was wondering about the vignette myself.

Photo is nice, but I do not like the effect. It's the same overdone category as selective color and camera tilting.
