The index card trick, or a diffuser on your flash, would have thrown just a bit more light on her face. You might be able to dodge her eyes just a bit in PP and burn the highlights on her cheeks, too. It seems to me that the focus might be slightly behind her, as the pillow looks pretty sharp.
