I like the emotions captured.
May be more light for the eyes and there is a soft feel to the pic would be my two points.

Looks pretty good. You may want to rubber band an index card to the flash to help throw some light forward and it will also provide catch lights to the eyes.

Wonderful expression! The index card trick, or a diffuser on your flash, would have thrown just a bit more light on her face. You might be able to dodge her eyes just a bit in PP and burn the highlights on her cheeks, too. It seems to me that the focus might be slightly behind her, as the pillow looks pretty sharp.

Minor issues aside, this is a great image and a keeper.

bluelight -- Well, please ignore my comment about her eyes being too shaded. I forgot that I was on my laptop and everything looks too dark there. Now I'm on my good monitor and she looks very nice.

Looks like she was busy "working" and when you came up she looked up and smiled!

Great idea! I have a diffuser but still may try this :)

You can easily fix this in pp by blurring out the pillow a bit and sharpening her face. She's precious :)

Superb work!

May I make one more suggestion? I would recommend moving your watermark to another corner (perhaps upper right) as it is slightly distracting from her lovely face.

agreed! nice shot and editing...but would like to see it redone with the index card (or at least the built in white card bounce thingy the 580ex ii has, if that's what you used)
