Thanks...But that is what I did. When I paste in the insert image icon and click ok, it automatically puts [IMG] in front of and behind the link.

your posting the link to the flickr page, not the link to the jpg itself. load that link, right click on the photo, select large(flickr's large is resized to 1024 on the long side the max size allowed on this forum) right click on the picture that loads and select copy image location, and paste that between the IMG tags
