Are those guitars doing what I think they are doing? If so, you may want to take it to the 'Glamour & Nude' section.

:P

:-)

All the very best.

But, what I don't kid about is how awesome of a guitar player you are. I happened to check out some of your stuff. You are amazingly good. Thanks for sharing.

Thank you so much. Guitar is very much my first passion. Really appreciate the compliment. Cheers.
All the very best.

What a great thread . . subscribing for sure.

Simple set up here, just my G9 on a Manfrotto 808RC4, getting ready for a 15 second (self-timer) exposure.

This photo was for the POTN G-series weekly contest #193, and the topic was Night Scenes. It was back in '08, and was my 1st post on POTN.

(already posted a pic on the experimental thread, but thought it would be helpful & relevant here)

Wanted to do some water drop photography today, but didn't want to do the traditional method, and I like to play with fire.
So I brought out a lot of cotton balls, some 97% isopropyl and a lighter.
Put my biggest baking pan full of water on my black backdrop.
430ex II w/ blue gel is off to the right at 1/8 power at around 75 degrees angled at the ceiling.

Held the cotton ball soaked in isopropyl over the water, lit it on fire, and dropped it, holding down the shutter release on my remote trigger just after releasing the fireball.

Druid that's awesome, would love to try something like that but I'd end up losing my hair.

Very cool shot Kevin! Definitely Ad worthy imho.

Basic light box that's on it's last leg. My CR2 on my RF602 went out so I kept the flash on camera but bounced off the side/top of the box.
