... because the lens in never too short - unless you live in country with alligators, crocodiles or other dangerous creatures.

Nicely done; one of the best images I've seen posted in some time.

A couple more hardware questions for you if I may. From what I've read, those Woods vacuum cups use 1/4-20 threads, and the tripod heads use 3/8-16; did you just use a reducer in the ball head, and what are you using on the 4" cups for the tie downs.

The Woods 6" and 4.5" are also available with a 3/8 spud, so no need for an adapter. I purchased mine from www.filmtools.com a couple of years ago. On the 4.5" cups, I used a brass spigot with hole in the center (for an umbrella) which made a good tie point. I used some soft nylon line so it wasn't damaging to the paint.

More of less wanted to try out this yellow paper. I ended up scoring 14 paper backgrounds of different colors for cheap and I'm trying some out.
