Love the butterfly lighting! What size was your modifier?
The light is from a 61" Lastolite Mega Umbrella. The B1600 inside it is bare (no reflector mounted).

Sorry, Scatterbrained, but this time your mastery of lighting was surpassed by the beauty of the subjects.
You must be a proud dad in very deed!
I see you ended up keeping that Sony camera after all?
Yeah. I had rented one earlier and then decided to just go ahead and buy one. Part of what was holding me back was the inability to use an L bracket (of all things). I ended up getting a Wimberly Parallel plate to attach to the Metabones adapter, then I use a Kirk universal L bracket. Not a cheap solution, but it works well.

Your pictures made me smile. I always love these wide-eyed young girls. It's as if they can't wait for life to begin (as it were, you know what I mean).
They're both beautiful.
I try to remind them daily.

What beautiful eyes, nice shot taking your own children is good and not so good, the second childs expression say it all
it's likely if they were posing for another shooter and they saw the expression a joke or comment designed to get a smile
would make a stunning shot.
