Great set of photos in the video! She is a pretty model. Thanks for sharing. I was just wondering if you find with the BD that your post processing is lessened with her younger skin?

That is a VERY good question. Surely with younger skins I would expect that but I need to test it with myself and a foldable to see how skin looks. :)
Thanks for the kind words!

You're welcome! I followed you on IG as well (mhickmanphoto). I did watch a couple more videos where you shared a before and after but it was hard to see if she had any blemishes, so that's why I was asking. However, in viewing the photo above, her skin looks good and that's why I was asking about your post processing.

I haven't looked through all of your videos yet but I am hoping you've done one about skin retouching. Absolutely beautiful work!

Studio effort. Broncolor Para 133, tethered into CaptureOne. With the Paras, there seem
Much less skin editing. Sometimes none at all. Other times maybe 3 minutes. Like the bottom pic model in pink.

I have been doing some cosplays here and there. As it get colder the shoots are migrating in to my home mini studio which i hate. I honestly rather have the world out there as a backdrop but here is some set up and results of my recent shoot with Kara and Kendra who i just recently met. They are cosplaying Kim and Shego from the Disney animated aeries Kim Possible

Set up
Mettle AD600 key
X2- Godox Ad360II rim
Godox V860II background light
X1 Triggers
Canon 5dMKIII
Canon 24-70mm

Well it's easy when you have such a good-looking trio. :-D

(In reality: no it's not; setup and posing are critical. Great job!)

All I want is a 10-2000 f/0.5L with no distortion that weighs 100 grams, fits in my pocket, and costs $300. Is that too much to ask?

iPhone paired to a Profoto C1+ in a softbox made out of a target box.

Not quite as nice as pulling out my camera and strobe, but much easier and much more convenient. I’m really enjoying the C1+.

Great image. Do you mind sharing what texture you added to the background?

If the lighting on your senior's photo looked like this, would you be happy with the photo?

I ask because each year I re-evaluate the previous year's yearbook lighting and make changes accordingly. The changes I made require more lights, but by changing location of the lights it has given me more room for the senior to move around easier.
