I like it, I just think that the picture is a bit too warm for snow, maybe add some blue to this image??

Terrific shot, really tells a story. I like the composition, too. I agree it is too warm, but in a way the warm tone contributes to the mood. I would say fix or don't fix as per the photographer's preference.

Thanks guys. Yes was pretty bad out but had to find a reason to take out the new 70-200 2.8 II and thought it the toughest lens i have in those situations. So i took it for a stroll at 4:40 AM. GF thought i was loosing it. HAHAHAHA.

Thanks again guys.

Great shot.

I'm hoping for some global cooling so we can start getting some warmth as it seems since we have had "global warming" in the last several years we have had the coldest two Decembers in history and January 2011 is shaping up to break all records for cold weather.

^ It's worth seeing that version too

The pic as posted, reminded me of printing long exposure night snowscape on Agfa paper. Agfa papers yielded warmer tones compared to Ilford.

The pic is great - almost looks like something that would accompany a newspaper article (as one of the previous posters noted, it does tell a story).

If it's in focus, it's pornography, if it's out of focus, it's art.

Something like this.... I think it looks colder and suits the scene better, you can be the judge...

When I looked at the first one I just thought wow, amazing. Then looking at the second, even though it has that colder look that probably suits the scene, I think I prefer the OP's image as it looks slightly less harsh. I do love the composition of this shot.
