My friend has a electronic caller and when he uses it the coyotes come out of everywhere. I am going to try to get some photos but he is concerned that the shutter noise will spook them. Any ideas.

Nice one. Will be back in Old Faithful in 2 months! Coyootes there are amazing, bigger than usual and a little predictable. Love watching them pounce!

Thanks for the comments. The 1D's shutter noise hasn't seemed to have had any effect on the coyotes here. We don't use any kind of wildlife calling devices in the Park.
