Printing from lighroom3

Which color space should I be working in to get the best results when printing from lightroom 3 to an Epson r2880. I have yet to make any prints, but was wondering if I should switch from Profoto RGB to sRGB and then print?

Also, any tips to get the best print results would be great!

P.S. on further thought, I don't actually know what color space I'm working in right now in lightroom..... I need some input

Lightroom has a "fixed" wide-gamut color space which is a derivative of ProPhoto RGB called Melissa RGB. It prints using the printer/paper profile for your printer and the paper you use (assuming you have proper profiles selected) and so you don't need to switch to another color space. The one thing to be aware of is how your printer might handle highly saturated colors -- that's something you can check as you go. There are color levels that can appear to be fine in the LR histogram but are outside the gamut of a narrower color space and depending on your monitor and printer might yield uncertain results.
